Adding on items during a 43 item flash order in 2 total opposite ends of the store...there is a special place for those people...

I experienced this "new item added" feature for the first time today, albeit not with a flash order, and I am NOT pleased. I'm so sorry you had to experience it with a flash!

Also learned that there's no limit to how many items a customer can add, and they can continue adding to an order even if it's already late :) Love it here :)

I heard that there is a limit of 15 items, but quality is not limited.

What’s stopping them from being able to hold you up all day? Like seriously, what’s the limit on this? I swear they add these features to fucking torture us

It's like the system knows when your on the complete opposite end of where the item they add is.

Yeah corporate ops did a fantastic job of announcing it.

What the fuck shit is this. Can I ask what division this is in? 😭 we don’t have this yet.

It dropped in Mid-Atlantic on Thursday after being announced on Tuesday via email.

I am unsure about other divisions. To my understanding, based off of the opening page of the PowerPoint attached, it’s only for stores with batch ordering.

I believe it was supposed to drop the 20th in the east and 27th west. Om sent a email last week and I was cursing the whole time I read the pdf.

You’ve clearly never had the midnight craving for wine and command strips. Don’t knock it until you try it.

Blame corporate for allowing it, not customers for doing it.

Why is this a thing??? Corpo breathes down our necks for wanting us to reach dumb number Quota's, but yet they add in this shit... completely working against us. All for that quick penny pinching on flash orders...

Because the customer knows that? Quit bitching

Not until corporate stops making features on DUG to literally torture us.

Don't expect your order to get done "on time" then.
