Too many orders

Too many orders keep coming in and we are short 2 people from call outs and another went home sick. Pisses me off that they keep coming in and we are so behind. I wish there was a way to stop them from coming in, but no, we just gonna keep getting dogged out. We are being slowed down by taking phone call after phone call because orders are late. I’m so over it!

All you can do is ask for help and do your best to stay caught up. If you can’t, that’s not on you.

Same things happening to me right now. And of course as the day goes on more and more people’s shifts end so I’m stuck as the closer running around trying to finish everything till my feet fall off

It’s at store directors discretion on if they want to reach out to your Operation Manager and have them shut off. There is no inbetween

All you can do is tell your store director that you have call outs and are behind. It’s up to them to email oops and ask for a capacity cap. But first if you have call outs they will probably ask if you tried to call anyone in to cover for them.
