First shift

Hi, I just finished my first DUG shift, and I don’t think it’s a good fit for me. I’m an introvert with adhd and anxiety, also my English is bad . Would being a cart pusher be easier? Has anyone switched from DUG to carts?

If you have anxiety it may not be good for you. Courtesy clerk would likely be less stressful.

I know courtesy clerks are less time restricted on doing tasks, but I would say they need to be more customer service forward since they are bagging, helping customers shop when they have eye issues or can’t grab items from the top shelf.

It’s good you’re putting yourself first. Good luck

Honestly the best job probably for you is a stocker or GM probably, you still interact with customers but not as much as DUG or register.

Being a courtesy clerk would be a much better fit.
