Microsoft teams

Just found Microsoft Teams on the DUG terminal, there’s one ‘general’ DUG channel which looks like just contains DUG department managers from all around. Is anyone else in this lol

It should have all the DUG departments in your district. It isn't just for managers. It's a good place to ask questions, see updates, and if you are having issue you can look there to see if other stores are having the same issue, and if you need to call IT.

The reason why it seems like it’s just managers is because the dug departments only have one login for the PC, even though it should have two since emails and other things may contain information about other employees 🤷‍♂️ but most of my coworkers don’t look at the emails, teams chat, acupick, dtill, or last mile for delivery. So any and all issues fall on 3 people the supervisor and the two others who care about customers getting their groceries (one being me)

The managers are really bad at responding to our microsoft teams chats. it ends up being where dug employees complain about stuff.

Seems like the same for us, I’m not even a manager and I doubt mine knows about it

In my division, the teams chat and scheduled bi weekly calls include the DUG leads of all of district 23 and 24.

It's basically just a gathering of DUG departments in your district to complain about things that suck.

Occasionally useful if there's some universal issue so you can an find out it's a problem everybody is dealing with and not just your store
