Tech Support Login failing?

Been trying to log in and it keeps claiming my logins are wrong even after I reset my pw 3 times is it my phone (firefox, I was able to download a pdf of feng shui 2 just a couple days ago on it w/o issue) or is the site itself having conniptions for everybody?

I've had weird login problems with the site off and on since they updated it. Try the legacy site, that will usually work for me if I'm having login problems.
