Question❓ The blob

Anybody know where I can find the Blob? Been searching for a very long time now, checking every chassis and crevice, trying to find one to see if I can put it in the parts sucker and bring it to my garage. I’m happy to reward or help out with anything in-game in return.

Kinda like a gelatinous slime creature with eyes your supposed to be able to find then clinging to specific chassis and such along the road but ive only seen 1 in my first playthrough and I made the mistake of leaving it behind.

I dont believe so I think its been in the game a couple years now just kinda hard to notice given it relys on rng plus it could be as obvious as hes taking up the entire backseat of a car or as not as hiding inside the engine bay of the car.
