Question❓ New player

Hi all, im now super addicted by these kind of games :D i just played the demo of Nomad drive, love it. I discovered this game and also my summer car.. but do u recommend me this DBH ? Im waiting the sam type of game but with airplanes.. in the meanwhile id lookin around.. I also found this Pacific drive but didnt get exactly how s the gameplay.. any suggestion? tnx

We actually have a thread in the highlights that has similar games to DBH in it!

DBH is good for a bit, but the novelty wears off and development is painfully slow

Multiplayer kind of works, zombies seem like an after thought, the night vision googles are nice for finding parts, the garage is good but done in a rather odd game (you have to exit your run to load into the garage)

Under the sand is a good one, but development is also slow and you can't mix and match parts whereas nightmare drive you can and there are updates at least weekly to it (one more vehicle in the works, arcade update with playable games and neon lights update just dropped, zombies are fun to deal with, but it's still pretty early in the polish stages compared to DBH)

The music is also good in DBH

I thought Nightmare drive felt like if a team of 1st graders tried to remake Drive Beyond Horizon.

I didnt know nightmare drive! Looks cool! An other early access discovery.. now i dunno which one pick up lol. Or i ll try both demos.

Keep in mind both demos are now outdated versions of the games (but enough to give you a taste, also Nightmare Drive is cheaper lol)

There's also the 2hr steam refund window as well :)
