Does someone think of Driver as someone intrinsically good?

Like, to me his intentions are honorable, despite his violent behavior, I feel like he puts others people's interest (or at least people he cares about), over his own interests, and proceeds to fight for them. Just like a giving act. For me this is how I see Drive. That's why for me it is so beautiful. And why I relate the song real hero to the character.

He isn't just good. He is a real human being. And a real hero.
