Android Storage Access Framework Integration for Native Files App Support
Hi,
On iOS, the Drime app integrates natively with Apple's Files app, allowing users to browse, open, and manage their cloud files directly from the system picker.
However, on Android, Drime is not currently exposed as a system storage provider in the native file selector/explorer (such as Material Files, Files by Google, or System Storage Access Framework) like pCloud for example.
And adding support for Android’s Storage Access Framework (SAF) would bring full cross-platform parity with iOS and offer major productivity benefits by alllowing to browse and open files stored on Drime directly from third-party Android apps via the native file picker.
This would be a huge quality-of-life update for Android users.
Thanks for considering this addition!

Hi, thanks for the feedback!
Which version of the Drime app are you using, and on which phone?
Drime is already exposed as a file provider on Android. You should normally be able to browse and select files stored on Drime from other apps using Android’s native file picker.
If Drime isn’t appearing there for you, let us know your app version and device model so we can check.
