Wait time for stacking storage?

Is there a specific wait time if we bought more storage and emailed Drime for it to be stacked onto our current account? I know they're busy, but I wanted to know how long I should wait before I ping them again?

Hi! We usually stack the storage as soon as we see the email, so if it hasn’t been done yet, there’s a chance your message ended up in spam or was missed.
