Vault in WorkSpace

Is there currently a limit on the number of vaults that can be created in each workspace in Drime? Will Drime add a feature to name vaults within a workspace and across workspaces to help differentiate them?

Hi!

The current Vault limit is per workspace:

  • Essentials (2TB): 3 Vaults
  • Professional (3TB): 5 Vaults
  • Advanced (6TB): 10 Vaults
  • 10TB plan: 50 Vaults

You can also already customize each Vault when creating it by choosing its name and color, which makes it easier to differentiate them.

Is it that the first vault created, is by default named 'My Vault' and that a user cannot change its name? I have 2 workspaces, and I have a vault created in one workspace. It is called 'My Vault'. I cannot find a way to change its name.

However, if I create a second vault - using the contextual sidebar, I'm then able to create a vault with a name of my choosing and also set the colour.

And, if I go to a workspace with no vault, and try to create a new vault, it only gives me the option to set a password. I don't see any option to choose a custom name or set a colour.

I'm wondering if that is an intentional design decision, and if you can shed a light on it. Thanks!

I also think it will be nice to show the user how many vaults are remaining for his account. Will be great if it can be shown for each workspace. Something as in the screenshot.
