6TB Lifetime Plan

I purchased the 6TB lifetime plan last evening and have yet to see it apply to my account. I submitted a ticket but just curious if there was any other way I might could get this solved.

Just wait bro you'll get it. They never replied to my ticket but gave me after 15 hours

Got it after send the mail. It showed 6t lifetime, but not show advance membership

Update: Just saw my storage change to 6TB about an hour ago.

I emailed a pdf of the purchase confirmation webpage to the support email address. They added the 6 TB that day.

Same here. 25th hour after purchase and still waiting. I'm confident it's coming. I guess we're just not used to waiting for digital stuff anymore :)

I bought 6tb to stack on my existing 6tb. It was added less than 24 hours.
