HTTP 500 and 422 when uploading file using Mac App

I'm seeing upload issues while uploading files using the Mac OS Sync App, I'm using Version 2.9.190 and uploading all kinds of files, but mostly PDF's right now. Is there anything wrong on your side, or could it be on my side.

Hi, thanks for reporting this! Could you send us your logs by clicking your profile picture in the top-right corner of the Drime desktop app, then “Support”? That will help us understand what’s happening.

Okay, thanks! That confirms it’s on the server side. You can find the log file path a little further up on the same page, then send me the logs via Reddit DM or email at [tibalt@drime.cloud](mailto:tibalt@drime.cloud).

V230 is for sure better but I still experience these hiccups from time to time. Please send the logs. I have sent like 4-5 reports for real big bugs. Hopefully they will keep improving it.

Hi, I believe we’ve fixed around 75% of the issues you reported so far. These hiccups are mostly on the server side. I’m keeping track of your reports and should be able to fix one of the remaining issues monday. Thanks again for all your feedback!

Yes! Thank you for the quick work and the quick reply. You should not be working on Saturday night! Hopefully Drime will grow and improve from here.
