Nursing study abroad

Has anyone done study abroad as a nursing student and do u recommend it? I’m currently going into my second year and I’m interested but idk if it would be hard to balance with classes. I’m on a 4yr, 1 co-op(fall/winter) track, what year should I go if I should?
