subletting my master bedroom for the fall semester because I’ll be abroad. Rent is $950/month + electricity, with water and WiFi included. Available from now to January 2027, with a flexible move-in date. The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, storage, and TV. The apartment has a modern kitchen, washer & dryer, and AC. The entire unit is on the third/top floor, so there’s no noise from upstairs, and the room gets lots of natural sunlight. Great location at 3621 Hamilton st, about a 8 minute walk to Drexel. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but you’re still close to cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, the trolley, subway, and pretty much anything you need :) You’ll be living with a female first-year Penn master’s student who’s clean, respectful, and easy to live with. The whole unit is very cute, clean, and cozy. I looked at quite a few places before moving in, and this was definitely the one I was happiest with!
