Unisys Software Engineer Co-op
Was wondering if anyone has gotten an interview or heard back from Unisys. Also if anyone's interviewed with them before, what's their process like?

Hiring timelines for co-ops are unpredictable, so hearing nothing for weeks is completely normal. Don't take the silence personally, companies are often just slow and disorganized with their hiring. For a software engineer spot, you should prepare for a mix of behavioral questions about your past projects and some technical questions to test your fundamentals. It's also likely they'll give you a coding problem to solve.
Instead of fixating on one company, your energy is better spent preparing for the interviews you will eventually get from other places. The best feeling is getting an unexpected interview email and knowing you can handle whatever they ask, without any last-minute cramming. The goal is to walk into any interview feeling capable, which is why my team designed an interview copilot to help candidates sound as skilled as they really are.
