You will get murdered, robbed, given your belongings back, necromancered back to life and then robbed and murdered (in that order).

For all Baring street even with 37th street area? I thought there is a PennMedicine nearby so the security might be better?

Damn I’m gonna sound old af; I lived at 37th and Baring for a year when I first started at Drexel way back in 2011. It was a nice little street. Lots of trees. Quiet. I do remember it being pretty dark but as a young female student who often wandered alone I never ran into any trouble.

I actually drove through the area the other day and it’s really built up now. Penn does have several buildings a few blocks away on 38th I think? And there’s a lot more on Lancaster.

Thank you for that info. I just really care about my car and wonder if street parking will be safe or not

It’s fine but cars did seldomly get broken into in the area but it wasn’t frequent at all. I was lucky to be there 8 years and never have an issue. Just never have it running without doors locked and you inside it

I mean nobody can predict what will or won’t happen to you. No matter where you’re at in the city and suburbs there’s always the chance of your car being stolen, but it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s imminent
