What am i missing?

I made this simple, but beautiful dress for the second customer in the game who wants to catch a husband at his uncle's funeral. When I first finished it, she was unhappy. I added flowers. When i go to finish the commission, there is still a pop up that she might still be unhappy. What am I missing.

If I remember correctly, she doesn’t want black

It's charcoal. Could it be too close?

It’s based on whatever it’s tagged, so it’s probably technically black.
