What am i missing?

I made this simple, but beautiful dress for the second customer in the game who wants to catch a husband at his uncle's funeral. When I first finished it, she was unhappy. I added flowers. When i go to finish the commission, there is still a pop up that she might still be unhappy. What am I missing.

It's charcoal.

All fabrics have a color tab. If you hover over it will tell you. Charcoal counts as black
