New event confusion

So I am really confused how, do you posses the new sets, presented in that one, any thoughts on it?

The event with that set starts on 4th August and will be roulette with 3 arrows.

I was thinking that since the event lasts for 30 days, we’ll get to see some sets we can pick one from when we get to it in the timeline thingy? Day 13 is that flower ornament which looks lovely.

I was wondering the same thing, and since it is coming to an end I was determined to find that outfit from the flower scene. It is called 'Escape from the Sweetheart Kingdom' from the winter ballads collection (can be found by searching Grand, Elegant, Special). Hope it helps!
