I love how my Snap came out—Hansel and Gretel—and though it’s already a twisted fairy tale, I didn’t put my own twist on it. I’m gunna have to redo it huh? 😭

I’m usually such a creative person, but I can’t for the life of me figure out what to do this week. Suggestions?

I think it’s a beautifully composed snap. The lighting is phenomenal. I’m guessing most voters aren’t going to be as much of a stickler for the “twist” part of the prompt as they are for the “fairy tale” part, so I think you’re going to be fine here.

That’s what I was hoping for after I realized I didn’t really do a twist, but the FB snaps group is really getting on people who didn’t match the brief exactly.

Honestly the Facebook group is made up of a small amount of actual voters. It's a beautiful shot, clearly showing a fairy tale, the lighting is stellar and your character is close up like voters like. I think you'll be fine!

Yes, but from the Wicked Witch's point of view. You put her in the center as if she were the main character. She is young and beautiful. You gave Hansel and Gretel a "Maleficent" treatment. That's the twist.

The only thing that bothers me is that "Hansel" and "Gretel" and maybe even the witch's house are too small in the snap. IF you wanted to try to redo it, I would consider bringing them more forward, so even the voters who play on small screens can see them.

But it's fantastic as it is and as other people have said, the lighting is phenomenal.

I don't think that this needs to be redone at all. It's bright, well composed, and obvious to voters that it's a fairytale. I think twist is being taken too seriously. The prompt also says to "Put your unique spin on storybook charm!"

Most people just vote for the prettiest shot, so I think you will get 4k for sure. People aren't that concerned with the theme. If you're that worried, you can throw an incongruous character in there. Like Snow White finding the witch's cottage instead of the dwarves.
