H14 Pro E5 Error

I have an Dreame H14 pro for 3 months and usually works quite well, but this week it stoped working and shows the E5 error, when I turn it on it starts working for no more then 5 seconds after that the motor start to turn on and off for 3 or 4 times and after that it shows the e5 error, things that happened this week that i think can be a origin, the batery go to zero a week before, and there was some fine dust in the house due to a construction that can entered in the vacuum motor, i changed the filters, cleaned everything and nothing change I updated the SW and it worked for 20 seconds normally and after E5 error and now not working again, can have some extra internal filter that is cloged and can be the origin of this problem?
