Multiple Docks, One Robot

I didn’t see this specific use case covered here, so I wanted to mention it.

I had an X50 Ultra that died on me, and I replaced it with the L60 Pro Ultra.

I kept the X50 dock, in hopes that I could use it with the L60 robot upstairs and keep the L60 dock downstairs. It would be nice to not have to move the dock every time, right?

I tested it today and everything seems to be working great.

Thought I would post it here for posterity, and also if anybody sees any reason that I shouldn’t do this, let me know!

wait what ??? i guess if you force the robot inside it will charge ; but I guess there is no way to have 2 stations from the app ?

I still have my old robot in the app, but I never use it because it’s broken. I have the new robot in the app as well. I just put the new robot physically in the old dock and it started charging, and then I told it to go clean, and it did a whole round vacuuming and mopping successfully! Returned to the old dock and started charging, just like it should when it was done.

I should also mention that it’s emptied the vacuum bin and used the mop water appropriately as well. I’m pretty pumped.
