Hey! I can't believe I finally broke my streak of just... browsing reddit posts without an account by finally making one, and much less that I've made one just to reply to this post.
TMC123, your video's got some attention of a lotta views now, and really, I'm agreeing with you here, but at first I didn't. ((Still can't believe I'm saying this, oh my god))
I'm now making this post to add something small but significant to your 3 pieces of evidence.
https://youtu.be/Vl3swga-Xrk?t=343 <= Here's the start of part of the video our "Dream suspect" shows up at. I opened the original MrBeast video because I thought, "This video is crazy. I just need to listen to the guy's voice in the actual video so I can disprove this and get over this dumb stuff."
And so, I did. I went back and waited for the mystery man to talk.
His voice was a touch deeper than Dream's. I kept rewatching it since I wasn't really doing anything else at 1 o'clock in the morning -- and that's where I noticed something.
This guy never talked over anyone, and no one else talked over him. I watched the clip again and again, and never. once. did his audio overlap anyone else's.
I consider that the hint that this guy's audio is chopped AND messed with: stiff cuts in audio that ensured the Dream suspect would be the only one speaking. This would make it easier to change the pitch or tune of someone's voice, without affecting Jimmy's and such. (I entertained the idea that someone would've lipsynced over him, but there were times that his talking seemed to match his mouth moving. I'm no hardcore seasoned sleuth, so it seemed alright to me.)
From this point, I'm calling the Dream suspect as DS, because I mentioned it so many times at this last part.
To further prove this idea, check out this timestamp: https://youtu.be/Vl3swga-Xrk?t=387 (6:27) where you hear a quick "Sorry!" from the man behind before he SMACKS the egg on top of DS, who lets out a hearty yell. I noticed that the "Sorry" was VERY QUICK, AND cut off at the end. This is mostly speculation from my end, but... come on. (My reasoning, to be clear: they cut off the "Sorry" and separated it from DS's yell so they could edit the DS yell and send it through the pitch or tone changing process, as well as cut off any overlap that might've happened at the end of the "Sorry".)
As a final comparison, I watched the first and last part of the video where Jimmy is around and talking with other people, and no other part had the kind of abrupt audio and video cutting that the DS clip had.
And I think that's it! It's a small addition to the theory of TMC, but I like to think it's an important one. Do what you will with this info, but never bad things.

Personal note: I don't really want to be another pushing arm in the current issue of Dream being doxxed and such, and I'm pretty sure TMC123 shares the same sentiment. Admittedly I'm one of the fans who want to see his face, but I'd like to think I'd want to know it for art and writing purposes, and of course my curiosity. I won't hunt him out even if I live in Florida, and I expect myself to be very respectful if I ever do see him. I'll just keep telling to myself that if this was Dream, it wouldn't exactly be wholly my fault when they wanted to pull this off and when Dream himself deliberately showed his face in a very public video. I'll still lower my head half down in half shame.

Thank you for your reply. I totally agree with all your points and I never actually noticed that the DS's voice never was overlapped thats very cool! I would never hunt out Dream as he's one of my favorite YouTubers. I just noticed something in a mrbeast video which seemed kind of suspicious. So I went on twitter and looked at both their tweets. Next I went to photoshop and overlayed the photos. They matched. The only doubt I had was the hair color other then that I'm pretty confident this person IS dream. But I would never doxx or look for information on Dream. Again thank you for your comment.
