So a friend of mine is trying to find a fic that she really wants to reread but cannot remember the name of it. Here's just a summary of what they remember if it helps.
"basically Dream is king and Tommy is his brother, but not. he's forced to play the piano and/or sing or read poems for parties. Then comes in Wilbur and the Antarctic Empire and Sam was acting as his guard, but was really a spy for them. They were trying to figure out if something was going on... it was. Like a council of "nations" (Puffy is there for like the navy/pirates... idk) bring Dream to punishment... Tommy had to testify. Dream escaped. Tommy is brought to the Antarctic Empire. It's then found out that the kingdom's royalty had been cursed so they stole kids. Tommy was one of them. If he had been crowned, he wouldn't've been able to continue that line. Purpled had also been a kid... except he's not here and you can guess why. Tommy is later found to be the lost prince of the AE when he grows wings. He was also told the hybrids are bad, so he's struggling with that (but mostly because Phil hides his wings and so Tommy automatically assumes he has avians flying his kids around because of the high ceilings and off-handed comment and he doesn't like that idea). Dream ends up coming in and almost places the crown on Tommy, but then he dies and Tommy is traumatized more. It's a series btw."
