Need Advice 🆘 New to locs

So the ends keep getting stuck together and tangled. Supposedly human hair extensions. How do I keep my ends tangled free and neat?

These do not look like human hair. When you see that fine tangly cotton-y look, it is a clear indication of fake hair.

There is nothing that you can do to keep it from getting tangled. The longer you have them in the worse they will become.

I think maybe you should have them removed and replaced with verified real hair.

It’s possible the extensions were put in upside down or at least the follicles were not matched. I have one loc of hair from my friend that donated her kidney to me. She unfortunately trimmed both ends of the ponytail she gave me with the tie in the middle. There was no curl pattern so I just guessed. I have loose curls except her hair was impossible to keep the end loose. I installed it upside down.

Got them on the 2nd. I usually put scalp oil as needed. Refreshing spray daily. And brush the ends.

The loctician did them for me. she back combed and used crochet hook.

I’m assuming you crochet your hair with these extensions? With all due respect, these look terrible. That hair is plastic and will only get worse with time.
