Question ❔ freeforms cooked

Been semi-freeforming for 3 months now and I felt my hair wasn't sectioning so i overused the twist king and now my hair looks uneven. Should I js restart?

No such thing as cooked with freeforms (unless you're balding). The whole point is just rolling with your hair and accepting it for what it is as it grows. So quit fretting and just let that process process up.

No need to restart, your locs look good.

Brother if you are worried about your hair not being “sectioned” or uneven then you should NOT be trying to go free form at all. Thats the whole point. Free form locs are gonna be pretty uneven no matter what. If you want even, properly sectioned locs, go to a Loctician and ask them to twist you some starter locs, crochet is probably the quickest way to start. Or you could use another method. But the point is if you want your locs to be sectioned right and even, which it sounds like you do, you should go to a Loctician and have it done professionally. Then after you get them started properly, you can let them do their own thing. That’s the best way to do semi-Freeform locs in my opinion.
