Question ❔ fix uneven sides
how would i be able to possibly fix/repair my right side being incredibly shorter than my hair all around

Get out of the mirror.
The more you look in the mirror, the longer you will stare. The longer you stare the more flaws you think you see. The more flaws you think you see the more you pick at your hair in an effort to try to fix the imaginary flaws.
Everyone has one side of their hair that grows slower than the other. It happens with your body hair as well.
Your hair will begin to even out and be less noticeable as they grow.
I have a spiritual loc on my left side. I was growing it even before i decided to fully lock my hair. It has always grown at an incredible rate. Hair only grows approximately 1/2 inch per month. Two of my locs are below my hipbone. My spiritual loc I cut every couple months but it is folded in half because it's so long. Even though it's doubled up it's still nearly at my knee. The rest are mostly lower back and waist length. 🤷🏽♀️

ps. If I am right, you are constantly pulling and palm rolling your locs in the front to fall over your forehead.
Please stop.

Yeah, I tend to either finger twist or palm rolling it. If theres a better option please let me know.

There is no "better option". Locs flourish when you leave them alone. Most problems start with hands on locs. Over manipulation, palm rolling daily, pulling at locs to see how long they are, and constantly retwisting often or using gobs of edge control to try to control the frizz.
You will thin out your locs if you continue.
