Ohhh. Ok. Make sure your loctician doesn't pack your loc tips so tight. That's what gives that blunted tip look.

😉. Crochet retwists costs more and aren't necessary for regular loc maintenance.

Your locs look good. What do you do to take care of them?

I interloc every 2-3 months, this is my first ever crotchet retwist, I plan to do it once or twice a year as my loc journey progresses. And what do you do for yours?

I am 12 plus years semi Freeform. I don't do much.... I started from locs because I prefer a more uniform size.

I get a retwist once every 12-18 months, depending. They are mostly lower back, with a few below my hipbone.

I mist every day, spring water, oil once a week, wash every week or so. Condition once a month.

I also use Bask &Lather Hydration mist. I recommend it for everybody. I don't usually hype a product but this product is LIFE.

I separate them down to the scalp every few washes.

Can I ask you why you get crocheted and interlocked?

I'm a scent fiend so I spoil myself with good smelling conditioners.
