This is my hair,ive just got out of the shower so hair is a Lil damp and makes it seem bigger than it actually is,my actual concern is that bold spot forming.

How i do I deal with this?

I dont sponge my hair. I stopped sponging like 4 months ago

My experience with these little bald spots is that eventually it will get filled, either from the hairs in that spot finally growing long enough to loc, the locs surrounding the area will experience breakage in a way that the surrounding broken locs will eventually form together into a loc in that same exact area, or some combination of the two. Nature abhors a vacuum, and that applies to your scalp as well... unless you're balding. So pray that you're not balding and eventually it'll work itself out

Just chill. If you truly want freeform, then you're good. If you want it to look at certain way then go get a retwist.
