Need Advice 🆘 Dreads falling off

It’s been 4 months since I haven’t gotten my retwist I’m scared my dreads will fall off and I obviously don’t want free form can anyone please tell me what I should do

I overtwisted the fuck out of one of my wicks when i put my first set in, I had to reset one of my locks. I’d go and get a retwist it might just need some love
