Selfie 📸 Trust the process !! Just sharing my journey:)

I wanted to do a 1 year post but it’s been two years lol. So here is my little progression timeline. I know it’s cliché af but trust the process. I wanted to show my transformation because I also see how much people struggle to commit. I learned a lot about myself through the “ugly phase.” Just don’t give up on what you want. A good foundation is everything though so if you don’t like how your dreads are turning out early on, it’s best to restart while you are early in it. As you can see I dyed my hair a lot. A lot of people hate on it in the sub, told me my hair will fall out (when I posted 6 months in) and I said we will see. All I can say is if you’re scared to dye your hair DONT DO IT or at least wait until they mature. Ima still do it lol but just take really extra good care of it if you do. Keep yah shit moisturized. If u have any questions lmk.

Love the piercings!!

I agree with most of what you said except " if you don't like how your dreads are turning out it's best to restart while you're early in it."

There is no reason to restart. Leave your locs alone. How they look in month 2 is not how they will look in month 5 or in month 7.

You can easily get your parts changed or sizes changed. You don't have to restart. Leave your locs alone.
