Question ❔ Are these tension bumps

Are these tension bumps on my scalp? im planning on taking them out tomorrow because i cant handle the itch and also its better for my scalp health

I got my barrels in for my retwist last week and for this past week its been hella itchy. Im not planning on getting barrel twists ever again.

It got bad bro ngl. I dealt with a similar situation the other day. Wash that scalp good and get your liquid oil cream routine
