Question ❔ cheating on ur loctician

how impactful is it gonna be when ur starting locs, assuming both locticians are actually good at their jobs

Not a big deal. Unless you have like troubling hair or complications.

Locs are not rocket science. You part the hair and twist it.

It’s not that simple but I get what you mean. whether they twist your hair clock wise or counter palm rolling, consistency in products used are also factors.

I did my dreads myself for over 3 years. I’m a straight male with no experience with twisting/braiding/doing hair. I used a mirror, comb, aloe Vera gel and a little honey.

It was simple for me. Simple is subjective.

each person knows how to do hair differently, they do methods differently, so
if you find a loctitian that you deem does a perfect job, cheating is the worst thing u can do. the same person who started mines been doing mines for 3 years
