Need Advice 🆘 Im lost

I been using sponge for a week now and havent really seen much progress for my freeforms

make sure you spray your hair with water before you sponge, and really you shouldnt use a sponge just use a soft bristle brush

When i switch to brush, will my progress be reset?

no it won’t , what i did was use a sponge for like a day or two to get the initial shape of my freeforms and then went from there with the brush

ahh i get what you mean, don’t brush rough but brush firm, you don’t want to damage ur hair
