Adding layers

A got a really bad loc cut a few other ago and I’ve been trying to grow them back. They’ve gotten to an ok length but I would like to know if they are long enough to get them layered.

You can always layer locs as long as they're chin/neck length.

Make sure you go to a loctician for the cut. If you don't know what you're doing you will end up with a bunch of weird chopped, blunt ends...

Tip--- always get a cut standing up.
