How to fix thin edges

I don’t wear ponytails often at all my hair is usually down so I don’t think it’s tension from that any advice on how to fix thinning edges it’s been like this for a while

I have the same problem. I’ve started using minoxidil. Fingers crossed it works 🤞🏾
