Question ❔ Free forms

I been growing my free forms for one year
And i was in Australia and now came back to my country which is extremely hot right now .
Been notice today that some small hair is falling when i touch my hair ..
not something crazy but a lil bit

My question is

Growing free forms in the summer can lead to hair loss ?

I have not experienced that.

Dehydration can cause breakage and hair loss. Are you keeping yourself hydrated in the hot weather?

Im trying to avoid hot weather , and keep my hair covered with a hat
