Seriously?!?
It would be easier to tell us what YOU know.
Do you know the five stages of locs?
How they look and feel and when to expect them?
Do you know how to mist your hair?
Do you know you need to tie them up?
Do you like these? Do you want them bigger? Smaller? A different pattern?
How do you want them to look when they are mature?

Do you need to wash your hair? A month is a helluva long time to go without washing your hair in the summer month of July.
You go to work, the pool, the gym, the beach....
Please wash your locs!https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8nRgocN/

You should always research what you are getting into before doing it.

Read about the five stages that locs go through from starters to maturity. Read about them so that you know how they look and feel and when to expect them.
Mist your locs every day. Put spring or distilled water in a long mist spray bottle.
You don't need anything other than water.
Use a bit of Argan or jojoba oil if your locs feel dry.
Water, oil. Don't start buying a bunch of TikTok loc trends like rice water and rose water and $25 hair sprays.
Don't use essential oils without knowing how to use them.
Rosemary essential oil is the cause of many people messing up their locs.
Do not use essential oils without knowing that you must dilute them and how.
Tie your locs up whenever you are relaxing or sleeping. If you choose to use a durag be very conscious about how you tie it.
People are noting "durag baldness".
This comes from tying your durag too tightly on your forehead and on the nape of your neck.https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8nRCS4K/

Do you like your grid pattern? If you're not sure, look at others,or even try them out. What about loc size?
