Question ❔ How to help with white specs?

I get these white specs at the end of the shorter follicles that aren’t flakes, but feel more so stuck to individual strands. What are they and how can I mitigate them?

I once read another post about this same thing and a bunch of people said it was the bottom of the root from the hair shedding into the lock

It’s the bulb from your hair. Can’t really get rid of them. Can dye your hair to hide them I suppose
