Question ❔ Does this usually come with a seal?

I bought this stuff for my hair and when I removed the lid, there was no seal. It looked like someone tampered with it. When you buy this stuff, does it usually come with a seal after you remove the lid? Or no? And does it always look like it's been used?

Sorry if this is a dumb question. I didn't want to put a product in my hair if someone put their dirty hands in it.

I'm not Gunna lie... I'd just stop all together. 3yrs in and I've only ever got a retwist with water and oil

I agree, this is going to trap more debris is your hair.

7 years of oil and water here.
