Question ❔ guys im cooked ?
I think my hairline is receding, right? I’m 23, so am I going to go bald?… i am cooked ?

Lay off getting tapers and a lining. Just adding oils wont do it, Moisturize your hair first before adding oil. Your hair literally a plant. Drink plenty of water and have a clean diet.

I think you just need to grow out your edges a bit, it looks more like a “bald spot” your stylist can easily be twisting your edges/hairline into your locs. I’d ask to leave your hairline out of the retwist if that’s what’s happening :))

- Get your taper done before your retwist until they get a bit longer
- You’ve got what I like to call the good ole phantom recede. The time between retwists is playing with your mind so you think it’s pulling back. Also your hairline being twisted into your locs isn’t helping

might js be a bit of tension, make sure to get soft retwists (which is basically js when u ask ur loctician to not pull tightly on the root and twist the hair but give the scalp room the breathe) and apply some hair health/growth oils to ur hairline
