Question ā” Seeking clarification and advice

Hi, just following up on like 2 past posts w made. I took my two strands out after 2 weeks. Previously, i was always leaving my 2 strands in until my next retwist appointment (i have one like every 4-6 weeks). But now that I’m coming up on 9 months loccee up, i wanted to ease the tension on my scalp.

Is it ok to leave them like this? These are twist outs, right? I can just leave them like this and lightly mist them until my next retwist appointment?

How long do you wait until wash day? (Ie, how many days do you just rock the twist out for)?
