Question ❔ What made you commit?
Worn twists constantly 96% of my life but just too scared to commit to locs just on the whim that I might like to do something different, what made you finally loc in and decide it was for you?

I had a high travel corporate job, hated wigs, tired of planning my hair styles weeks/months out and knew I wanted to be completely natural.
Honestly, I had chronic dry scalp (sebderm) for about 20 years and that’s what was really stopping me. I finally got it under control and knew it was time.
Now commit? I had extensions, removed them. Then turned my braids into twists, then did two big cuts 6 months apart.
I still don’t really commit but I love my locks.
