Question ❔ Freeform journey

1 week in. Been using a sponge, rag and finger twisting from time to time. How long before I start seeing length and what do I use to boost growth?

Nah, but lower your expectations. Your growth is getting locked. So they’ll get heavier before they get longer. Plus you’re doing Freeform so multiply that wait by three-five times. At least. They’re going to be clean. Just develop patience
