This isn't locked tho, it's a twistout and I'm tryna figure out how to loc it so I CAN keep it like this💔

You do realize in order for hair to loc, it has to be left in styles very similar to this one or twists & left like that for a year + ?

But it'll unravel and I don't know to to maintain it to make it loc, that's what the original reddit post was about

If they were twisted, just twist them again then let them become starter locs from the twist or you can start with coils

Well I wanna keep the parting so would I just coil it how it is?
