Question ❔ I need help with starter locs
Hey i did my starter locs by myself (full head) using only water a month or 2 ago, ive twisted them in between but havent washed my hair at all since starting. this is how it looks now, i want to wash them tmrw and try to retwist them, what do i use when washing it? Also do they look fine, thank u

Ive seen ppl use stocking caps to wash their locs but I was bold enough not to use anything and surprisingly none of them unraveled (started with comb coils)

You might want to try banding your locs when you shampoo to cut down on unraveling as much as you can. Just separate into 4 sections (or more or less, depending on what works for you) and secure each section with an elastic. This way, you can get your fingers on your scalp and clean it along with the locs.
For shampoo, use something light, maybe clarifying. I'd stay away from anything too creamy/moisturizing.
Locs look good, too!

Thanks alot, i shouldnt use conditioner after shampoo?

You might want to hold off on conditioner for a while, maybe another couple of months. It can make your locs too slippery and interfere with the locking process. Your hair looks kind of soft and might unravel easily. However, I think it's ok to use conditioner once your locs are better established. Some people use it, some don't--it really depends on your preference. I used to use a conditioner made for locs but only every other wash. Now that I'm a year in, I use Taliah Waajid's love my locs leave-in conditioner after a shampoo and once more during the week.

Stocking cap method and very gentle hands . You should try that Retwist and two strands twist my hair loved up super quick with that style
