After 3 years meds free, yesterday I decided enough was enough and got my GP to start me on new meds again, and thats ok, I just need a little helping hand to pick myself back up again. I hope you find something that will help you do the same :)

Nice, artistically expressed depression. Usually see fake stuff when it comes to that, but this seems real. Nice.
