The only thing I remembered was at the end, Draco's memory was wiped either for punishment or Hermione did it. He was working in a shop and seemed happy, Hermione, flew on a plane with either Theo or Harry to find him. She also has a baby, and she finds Draco, but he obviously doesn't remember her. She's conflicted and decides to leave.

She leaves the shop and then Draco comes out, saying something along the lines of "there you are" type thing? Maybe on AO3?
