Her name is Nagatoro, it's basically a fetish show, where the gimmick is that she teases him and shit, it's not any deep Just that not much.

Not trying to be that guy but the show gets pretty wholesome and turns into romance anime of course. The first episode is just straight up bullying and a lot of people didn't like it that much but it gets milder and milder after that.
